ALIBI Terms of Play

ALIBI is a fictional interrogation game. Characters, events, accusations, evidence, and verdicts are entertainment and are not legal advice or factual judgments. Locally generated dialogue may be inaccurate or unexpected.
App license
Use of the iOS app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Third-party software and model components retain their respective licenses, available in the app's acknowledgments.
Optional subscriptions
Full access is an auto-renewing subscription. US plans are $6.99 per week, $14.99 per month, or $49.99 per year. Eligible new weekly subscribers may receive a paid $0.99 introductory week; it is not a free trial. The localized price, duration, and eligibility displayed by the App Store at purchase confirmation govern the transaction.
Payment is charged to your Apple account upon confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel through your Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles refund requests.
Device requirements and local data
A compatible device, approximately 3 GB of free storage for setup, and an internet connection for the initial model download are required. On-device AI can consume significant memory and battery. The app does not provide account synchronization; uninstalling or removing app data can delete your record. Internet access is needed for purchases, restoration, and periodic entitlement refresh.
